  • Booking information (session type, coach selected, schedule)

  • Messages you send in chat or support requests

  • Feedback/ratings you submit

  • IP address, log data, analytics events

  • Cookies and similar tracking tools (for performance + security)


C) Payments

We do not store your full card/bank details. Payments are processed via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay/Stripe). We may receive payment status and transaction reference IDs.

  • Show coaches, availability, and enable bookings

  • Deliver sessions (chat/call/online/offline)

  • Process payments and prevent fraud

  • Improve product experience and performance

  • Send service updates (OTP, booking confirmations, changes, policy updates)

4. Confidentiality and session privacy
 

  • We do not share user phone numbers with coaches (where the platform supports masked communication).

  • Your sessions and chats are treated as confidential, but we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality due to risks inherent to internet/third-party tools.

 
 
5. Sharing of information
 
We may share your information only in these cases:
 

  • With Coaches: only what is needed to deliver the session (e.g., first name, booked slot, session type, your check-in inputs).

  • With service providers: hosting, analytics, communication (OTP/email), payment processors, customer support tools.

  • For legal reasons: court orders, law enforcement, fraud prevention, compliance obligations.

  • Business transfer: merger, acquisition, restructuring (your data may be transferred as part of the business).

 
We do not sell your personal data.
 
6. Third-party tools (Zoom/Zoho/Calendly etc.)
 
Some sessions may happen via third-party platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for their handling of your data.
 
7. Data retention
 
We retain your data as long as needed for:
 

  • providing services,

  • legal compliance,

  • resolving disputes,

  • enforcing agreements.

 
We may retain certain records even after account deletion if required by law or for legitimate business reasons (e.g., fraud prevention, accounting).

We use reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure. You agree that we are not liable for damages caused by unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
