This policy applies to all bookings and payments made on the Platform.
1. General rule
Payments are generally non-refundable except where explicitly stated in this policy or required by law.
2. Chat sessions (per-minute)

Chat usage is billed per minute (or per unit).

Once chat starts, charges are non-refundable, including if you choose to end early.
3. Scheduled sessions (online/offline/call)
A) User cancellation

❌ No refund and no credit.
4. Coach cancellation / coach no-show
If the coach cancels or does not join:

You will receive either:
✅ full refund to original payment method OR
✅ platform credit (your choice, unless you specify otherwise)
5. Technical issues
Refund/credit for technical problems will be decided by us after review.
We may request logs/screenshots. If the issue is caused by your internet/device, we may deny refund.
6. Subscription / packages (if applicable)

Packages are non-refundable once any part is used.

Unused sessions may expire after [X days].

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Organisations / group sessions
Organisation bookings are typically non-refundable, unless cancelled by us.
Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you raise a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account and deny future access.
9. Refund timelines
If approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment partner/bank.
