By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service disclaimer (very important)

We provide emotional wellness coaching and related support services.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, or treatment.
If you feel you may harm yourself or someone else, seek immediate help from local emergency services.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use the platform unless otherwise permitted with guardian consent. You confirm that information you provide is accurate.

3. Account & access

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login/OTP access.
You agree not to share accounts, misuse OTPs, or attempt unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity or policy violations.

4. Coaches are independent

Coaches on the platform are typically independent professionals, not our employees, unless stated otherwise.

We facilitate discovery, booking, and payment. Session outcomes depend on the coach-user interaction.

5. Booking & sessions

Session availability is shown as per coach schedules.
You must join on time. Late joining may reduce the session time without refund.
Some sessions may use third-party tools (Zoom/Zoho/Calendly). You are responsible for meeting their basic requirements (internet, device access).

6. Payments

Prices are displayed before payment.
You authorize us (and our payment partners) to process payments for bookings and usage.
Taxes (if applicable) may be added.
We may change pricing anytime, but your confirmed booking price will remain valid for that booking.

7. User conduct (strict)

You agree not to:

harass, abuse, threaten or stalk coaches or other users
share illegal, sexual, hateful, or violent content
record sessions without explicit permission
attempt to move conversations off-platform to bypass fees
violate any law or third-party rights

Violation can lead to immediate suspension with no refunds.

8. Content & recordings

Unless explicitly stated:

You may not record or redistribute sessions.
Any platform content, UI, branding, and materials are owned by us.
If any recording is allowed for quality purposes, it will be disclosed separately and handled per our Privacy Policy.

9. Cancellations & refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy (below). Refund decisions made by the Platform are final, unless required by law.

10. Platform changes and availability

We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We are not liable for downtime or changes, including those caused by third-party providers.

11. Limitation of liability (protective)

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages (loss of profits, reputation, mental distress, etc.).
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 30 days for the service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

13. Termination

We can suspend/terminate your access anytime for:

violations,
fraud risk,
legal compliance,
safety concerns.

Some clauses (payments, liability, disputes) survive termination.

14. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will first attempt informal resolution via email.

If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in [Your City], India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Courts at [Your City] will have exclusive jurisdiction for permitted matters.

15. Contact
